A premium multi-brand car service, repair, detailing, automotive skilling center based in Chennai is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Executive for their in house team to drive lead generation, optimize digital campaigns, and accelerate business growth across automotive services and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns for car servicing, detailing, ceramic coating, insurance repairs, and training programs.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering leads, conversions, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
- Manage SEO performance and recommend strategies to improve website visibility.
- Execute email marketing and marketing automation campaigns.
- Coordinate CRM lead tracking and follow-up processes.
- Collaborate with influencers, automotive communities, and strategic partners to enhance brand reach.
- Support digital promotions for workshops, events, and training initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital campaign management.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads through paid digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend actionable improvements.
- Excellent planning, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working with service-based businesses is preferred; automotive industry experience is an added advantage.
