Requirements:

- NTT / ECCE / B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- 1–3 years of preschool teaching experience
- Solid communication skills

The Preschool Teacher will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. The role involves effective classroom management, including both student and resource organization, while delivering teaching programs aligned with established lesson plans and the school curriculum. The teacher will foster holistic development through structured activities, play-based learning, and consistent behavioral guidance.

Timings:- 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Towards Students:
The teacher will employ diverse instructional strategies and techniques to meet student learning objectives and encourage intellectual curiosity. They will design and facilitate activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. The role requires creating and implementing assessment tools to evaluate learning outcomes and track individual progress. The teacher will regularly plan, set goals, and review student development, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Additionally,



they must supervise students during class, playtime, and breaks, ensuring safety and appropriate conduct.

Towards Parents:
Maintaining open, respectful communication with parents is essential. The teacher will keep parents informed about their child’s progress and address any behavioral or learning concerns with care and clarity. They will share updates regarding after-school programs, excursions, and meetings, while actively seeking and recording parent feedback. Encouraging parental participation in school activities, including parent-teacher meetings, is a key component of this role.

Towards Management:
The teacher will actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, school programs, and educational conferences. They are expected to contribute to organizing special events and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and support staff. Upholding confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism at all times is essential to this position.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
