The HR Manager will direct and execute all human resource operations for our jewellery brand. You will lead strategic talent acquisition for showroom, manufacturing, and design teams while overseeing performance metrics, payroll inputs, and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate ensures that store staffing levels directly optimize customer service while maintaining an impeccable culture of security, discretion, and elite hospitality
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
