Supervisor – Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations and ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and support.
- Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and manage team attendance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Resolve employee concerns and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with management to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor inventory, materials, or equipment as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports.
- Train and mentor recent employees.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and workplace discipline.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Handle customer or client queries professionally when required.
- Assist in achieving departmental targets and continuous process improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
