Job Title: R&D; Compliance Executive

Location: Delhi 110091, India

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm

Priority Placement: Immediate - max 30 days

Experience: 5 years plus in EU/UK Tax and Labour Law

Qualifications: Must hold a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification, a bachelor's degree, have advanced

Excel skills and have excellent written and Verbal professional English skills.

To undertake independent research and legislative analysis, and to provide strategic guidance

for new solutions. Responsible for ensuring all compliance notes are accurately maintained for

Job Purpose: core business operations, including tax calculations, solutions, updating and managing

calculators, and answering technical queries on tax and labour law. As well as keeping the

business up to date on tax-related developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Research:

To research and develop international payroll, compliance and immigration solutions and, wherever possible,

bring the work in-house.

Keep abreast of changes to labour, taxation, and social security laws, and advise internal departments as

necessary to ensure continued compliance.

To research new potential solutions and produce feasibility studies on market entry for current European

jurisdictions.





Compliance:

Research of international legislations and policies relevant to labour mobility, including taxation, social security,

pensions, health insurance and immigration to ensure 100% compliance at all times.

Manage Tax simulations on Excel, online and website

Ensure Compliance notes and solution summaries are maintained up to date and on a shared drive.

Support & Communication:

Provide Training Materials for staff and input into the Brochures for the marketing team

Collaborate with teams for quick technical query resolutions

Monitor and communicate important changes in labour and tax laws to the line managers on time

Providing technical content for newsletters, publications, and website updates.

Support Operations/Payroll Delivery Teams with complex tax and payroll queries.

Calculators: Support the Senior R&D; Executive in the completion of the Tax Calculators - producing Tax simulations on

Excel, and support the Tax Calculators.

Query Resolution: Proactively address and resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional

manner.

Solutions Expert: Responsible for self-directed mastery of the company's solutions portfolio, ensuring technical

proficiency is sustained.

Self-Development: Demonstrates a commitment to professional development by independently keeping pace with

evolving technologies, labour, and tax changes to develop oneself. This includes attending relevant training, obtaining

certifications, and conducting regular self-study to remain a credible and authoritative voice in the sales process.
