Job Description: Technical Lead / Project Manager (React.js, Node.js, MySQL)

About the Role

Looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Project Manager who will function as both an individual contributor and a team lead, with a robust product development mindset. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MySQL, along with the ability to manage and mentor a small development team while acting as the single point of contact for project discussions, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MySQL.
- Act as an individual contributor while also managing and mentoring a team of 2–3 Senior Developers and Junior Developers.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from NeoSOFT for client discussions, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with US and domestic clients/customers to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code, application performance, scalability,



and adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive a strong product development mindset within the team.

Mandatory Skills

- React.js: Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
- Node.js: Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
- MySQL / SQL: Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of full-stack development and modern web technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Insurance domain.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of 2–3 Senior Developers along with Junior Developers.
- Exposure to product-based development environments.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver projects within deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Overall experience: 9+ years
- Relevant experience: 6+ years each in React.js, Node.js, and SQL/MySQL
- Notice period: Immediate to 10 Days only
- Location: Mahape (WFO)

Pay: Up to ₹210,000.00 per month
