- Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with customer schedules.
- Ensure achievement of production targets, delivery commitments, and productivity goals.
- Monitor line balancing, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Procurement, Stores, and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

Manufacturing Operations

- Manage SMT, Manual Assembly, THT, Box Build, Testing, and Packaging operations.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), line efficiency, yield, and throughput.
- Minimize downtime through effective coordination with the Maintenance team.

Quality Management

- Ensure compliance with IPC standards, customer specifications, and internal quality requirements.
- Work closely with the Quality team to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Process Improvement

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cycle time reduction, waste elimination, and productivity improvement.
- Optimize production processes to improve cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Team Management

- Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operators.




- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with EHS policies and statutory regulations.
- Promote secure working practices and maintain a clean and organized shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and customer-specific requirements, where applicable.

Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as:
- Production Output
- Capacity Utilization
- OEE
- First Pass Yield (FPY)
- Rejection and Rework Rates
- On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Machine Downtime
- Productivity per Operator

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma: -Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering,

Experience

- 8–15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes and PCB assembly.
- Understanding of IPC-A-610, ESD controls, and electronics manufacturing standards.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity utilization, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
