Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end financial operations for our hospitality business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial planning, accounting, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- - Manage the complete finance and accounting functions of the organization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop budgets, forecast, and monitor financial performance against targets.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure effective working capital management.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.




- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and senior management to improve profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

Requirements

- - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 10-12 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or restaurant chains.
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
