Job Title : Planning Scheduling Analyst

Experience : 10+ Years

Location : Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop Schedule Plans, Basis of Schedule, and project schedules for different project phases.

- Create and manage resource-loaded Level 3 and above schedules using Primavera.

- Maintain and update integrated master project schedules with alignment from project teams and contractors.

- Coordinate overall planning and scheduling activities across projects.

- Monitor contractor schedules, durations, logic sequencing, resource loading, and forecasting activities.

- Communicate project schedule status, milestone targets, S-Curve analysis, and schedule contingencies to stakeholders.

- Support Project Management teams in coordinating subcontractors and ensuring timely project delivery.

- Assess schedule impacts due to project changes and update schedules accordingly.

- Lead and support schedule assurance and compliance activities across projects.

- Participate in Integrated Cost and Schedule Risk Assessments (ICSA).

- Maintain project planning data, reports, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, fabrication,



and commissioning teams for smooth project execution.

- Prepare project progress reports, schedule dashboards, and performance analysis.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Engineering or related discipline from a recognized university.

- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling tool.

- Experience in developing resource-loaded project schedules and schedule coding structures.

- Good understanding of project lifecycle including engineering, procurement, fabrication, hook-up, and commissioning.

- Ability to identify project risks, schedule delays, and provide effective resolutions.

- Experience in integrated project planning, forecasting, and schedule assurance activities.

- Knowledge of S-Curve analysis, schedule contingency, and risk assessment methodologies.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and contractors.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced project environment with flexible work schedules.
