About the Role

Cine Square Entertainment is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – Franchise Development to drive the expansion of our cinema franchise network across India. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in business development, franchise expansion, real estate acquisition, or strategic partnerships.

You will identify growth opportunities, acquire new franchise partners, negotiate commercial agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully launch new cinema locations.

Key Responsibilities- Franchise Development & Business Growth

- Identify and acquire new franchise opportunities across key markets.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of franchise prospects.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, developers, and strategic partnerships.
- Present franchise business models, investment opportunities, and ROI proposals to prospective partners.

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

- Lead negotiations on franchise agreements, commercials, and legal terms.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams throughout the acquisition process.
- Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding from initial discussions to agreement signing.
- Ensure a smooth handover to project execution and operations teams.

Market Research & Strategy

- Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments.




- Support expansion planning with market insights and growth forecasts.
- Evaluate business feasibility and location potential.

Stakeholder Management

- Build relationships with developers, mall owners, real estate consultants, and brokers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Projects, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and investor meetings.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure franchise acquisitions comply with company policies and brand standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, and acquisition dashboards.
- Track franchise performance during the launch and onboarding phase.

What We're Looking For Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, Expansion, Real Estate Acquisition, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Experience in cinema, retail, QSR, hospitality, entertainment, or commercial real estate is highly preferred.
- Proven success in closing high-value commercial deals.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or Real Estate is preferred.
