- Beverage Preparation: Skillfully brew and prepare various types of tea, coffee, and specialty beverages according to company and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistent taste, aroma, temperature, and presentation for all items served.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor supply levels of tea leaves, milk, sugar, and other ingredients to prevent stockouts.
- Hygiene & Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the brewing station, equipment, and serving utensils.
- Customer Service:
