Roles & Responsibility

- Lead the design and continuous optimization of logistics and transportation networks to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalable growth.
- Build and scale hyperlocal logistics capabilities to support rapid delivery models and improve last-mile performance.
- Identify, onboard, and manage logistics partners, especially those offering innovative or technology-driven hyperlocal solutions.
- Analyse performance trends and pre-empt potential risks through proactive problem solving and process improvement.
- Optimize service network and delivery models to achieve cost, TAT and Customer Experience objectives.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives using BI tools and data analytics to drive operational decisions.
- Resolve escalations and mitigate potential service breach cases efficiently and effectively.
- Measure partner performance on continuous basis and take timely decisions to improve performance/reduce cost.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Masters degree/diploma specializing in Ops Management preferred.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
