Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Water & Wastewater Analyst with hands-on experience in a NABL-accredited environmental laboratory. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater analysis, NABL/ISO 17025 documentation, quality systems, and operation of analytical instruments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform physical and chemical analysis of water and wastewater samples as per IS, APHA, and NABL requirements.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as ICP-OES, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, TOC Analyzer, BOD Incubator, COD Reactor, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Turbidity Meter, Titration Systems, and other analytical equipment.
- Prepare standards, reagents, and calibration solutions.
- Perform instrument calibration, quality control (QC), and method validation activities.
- Maintain NABL documentation, test records, worksheets, and SOPs in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.




- Review analytical results and ensure accuracy before reporting.
- Participate in internal audits, proficiency testing (PT), and corrective actions.
- Ensure laboratory safety, housekeeping, and proper sample handling.
- Train and guide junior analysts whenever required.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Environmental Science, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a NABL-accredited Water & Wastewater Testing Laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of APHA, IS methods, ISO/IEC 17025, QA/QC, and laboratory documentation.
- Experience in heavy metals analysis and environmental testing will be an added advantage.
- Valuable analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LIMS software.
- Knowledge of method validation and uncertainty calculations.
- Ability to work independently and maintain turnaround time (TAT).
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
