MSI Communications is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage daily billing operations and ensure accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify billing data, pricing, discounts, and customer information before invoice generation.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Monitor pending invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for necessary updates.
- Perform other billing and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally or billing software is an added advantage.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
