Mittal Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.)
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
- Support management in HR planning and decision-making
- Handle HR Team
- HRMS Software Handling (Keka, Zoho, etc.)
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in HR (Real Estate preferred)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
