Job Summary
Provide first-level operational support for PKI services.
Process certificate requests, renewals, revocations, and recoveries.
Monitor PKI systems and respond to alerts and tickets.
Support certificate distribution and lifecycle management activities.
Prepare operational reports and update knowledge base documentation.
Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 teams.
Support audit and compliance evidence collection activities.
Participate in shift-based operational support.
Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements
2–4 years of infrastructure or PKI support experience.
Basic understanding of Public Key Infrastructure concepts.
Familiarity with digital certificates, SSL/TLS, and certificate management processes.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Positive communication and documentation abilities.
Experience working in managed services environments is preferred.
