QUALIFICATIONS: 8-12 years of experience with High rise structure (preferred)
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to clarify and Interpret drawings
- Ability to work closely with client teams.
- Maintain appropriate communication channels to ensure that changes / issues at site are communicated back to the
- Architectural team and appropriate action is taken.
- Should be competent to study GFC drawings and comment on completeness and constructability
- Should be able to advise on value engineering and improved detailing for ease of construction
