- Supervise end-to-end hub operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, loading, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely movement of shipments as per the scheduled linehaul plan.
- Monitor shipment scans and maintain operational accuracy.
- Lead and manage hub staff, supervisors, and contractual manpower.
- Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and dock utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company SOPs.
- Track daily operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
