Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Promote residential layout and plot projects.

⁠ ⁠Generate customer leads through field marketing and direct interaction.

⁠ ⁠Explain project details and answer customer queries.

⁠ ⁠Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.

⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.

⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

⁠ ⁠Represent the company professionally during promotional activities.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.





⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills.

⁠ ⁠Passion for marketing and sales.

⁠ ⁠Two-wheeler preferred.

⁠ ⁠Basic smartphone knowledge.
