Who we are:

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T;) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Developing Electronic Hardware Schematics for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle’s (UAV) Electrical Power System (EPS).
- Developing Hardware for Power Electronic Converters (DC-DC Converters).
- Developing Hardware for Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Implementation of EMI/EMC compliant designs.
- Component level calculation for Power Electronic Converter subsystems like Sensing and Signal Conditioning, Power Switch selection, Reactive components design calculations etc.
- Simulation & testing, HIL, Board bringup.
- Identifying vendors for sourcing certain Electronic components.
- Prepare associated documentation like BOM,



Thermal data docs for company records and design review.
- Performing FMECA.

Must have skills:

- Good knowledge of EMI/EMC compliant design.
- Good knowledge of performance and reliability factors of various electronic components.
- Good knowledge of Electronic Schematics and Electrical power systems.
- Basic knowledge of multi layer PCB Design.
- Knowledge of behavior of Solar PV.
- Knowledge of behavior of Battery Packs.
- MATLAB/Simulink
- ANSYS
- PSIM, LTSPICE, TINA, Multisim etc.
- Eagle/Altium/Orcad

Positive to have skills:

- Exposure to standards such as DO-160, DO-254
- Experience in the Aerospace, EV or Automotive fields is highly preferred.

Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience):

- Masters(Electrical/Electronics Engineering) with 3 Years experience or Bachelors (Electrical/Electronics Engineering) with 4 years experience.
- Experience should be in various kinds of circuits targeted for Battery operated, Automotive, & consumer applications.
