ABOUT THE ROLE

Arjan Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented CAD Designer / Graphic Designer to join the Design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing prints, creating CADs, draping concepts, catalogue development, and ensuring all product development requirements are executed accurately as per buyer specifications and measurements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (MAJOR KRA)

▸ Developing original prints, patterns, and artwork for product collections.

▸ Creating CAD designs and layouts as per buyer and market requirements.

▸ Working on draping concepts and visual product presentations.

▸ Preparing catalogues, presentations, and design sheets.

▸ Ensuring all PD (Product Development) requirements are met accurately.

▸ Managing measurements, margins, repeats, and technical detailing in artwork.

▸ Coordinating with merchandisers, sampling teams, and production departments.

▸ Maintaining design archives, artwork files, and development records.

▸ Supporting seasonal collection development and buyer presentations.

▸ Ensuring timely completion of design and development tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

▸ Strong knowledge of CAD development and graphic designing.

▸ Good understanding of print development, repeats,



and layouts.

▸ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software.

▸ Creative visualization and presentation skills.

▸ Attention to detail in measurements, margins, and artwork execution.

▸ Good communication and coordination abilities.

▸ Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced export environment.

Educational Qualification

Diploma/Degree from a Design College. Preference for candidates with specialization in Graphics or Textile Design.

Experience Required

4–5 years of relevant experience in CAD designing, graphic designing, or textile/home furnishing export industry.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

▸ Experience in home furnishing, textile, or export house industry preferred.

▸ Strong sense of color, design aesthetics, and market trends.

▸ Ability to handle multiple projects and buyer developments simultaneously.

▸ Team player with solid creative and coordination skills.
