Interior Site Supervisor – Job Description (Willing to Travel Outside Delhi)

Position: Interior Site Supervisor
Location: Delhi (Must be willing to travel to project sites across Delhi)

Role Overview

The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site execution of interior projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This role requires frequent travel outside Delhi to monitor and manage out-station project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day on-site interior work including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing work.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers to ensure smooth progress.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality guidelines.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with the project manager.
- Handle site measurements and verify materials received at the site.
- Manage site issues, resolve technical problems, and escalate concerns when necessary.




- Travel to out-station sites as required and stay until site completion or handover.
- Coordinate installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;).
- Assist in site handover and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in interior site supervision (commercial/residential/retail projects).
- Solid knowledge of interior materials, execution techniques, and drawings.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay at out-station project sites.
- Ability to manage workforce and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

- Must be physically fit to handle site visits and long working hours when required.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and committed to project timelines.
- A valid ID and travel-readiness are required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
