About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source and engage top technical talent for clients across the United States.
This is a remote position for candidates based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
* Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and consultants.
* Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
* Valuable understanding of US staffing processes, recruitment lifecycle, and IT technologies.
* Experience working with job portals as per job requirement.
* Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

* Candidates must be based in Hyderabad.
* Must have a personal laptop suitable for work.
* Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
* Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Pay: ₹15,152.80 - ₹42,679.59 per month
