Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Monitor villa resort and residential building works
- Ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Maintain site records and daily progress reports
- Ensure safety standards are followed at site
- Assist senior engineers and project managers

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
- Basic knowledge of site work and construction processes
- Ability to read drawings and plans
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Hardworking and responsible candidate

Skills Required





- Knowledge in residential & villa construction
- Understanding of basic site supervision
- Measurement and quantity checking
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / AutoCAD (preferred)
