Sales Coordinator - B2B Lead Generation & Business Development

Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹24,000-₹25,000 per month

About the Role

Cuboc Display is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator who can generate leads, build customer relationships, and manage the complete sales process from first contact to order conversion. If you're confident in B2B sales, follow-ups, and CRM management, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Google, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Understand customer requirements and present our products professionally.
- Schedule Zoom meetings, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate quotations with the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and basic sales objections.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in Odoo CRM.




- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordination.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Familiar with MS Excel, email, and CRM software.
- Experience with Odoo CRM is an advantage.
- Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
