We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher with 2–4 years of experience to teach Grades 3–7 as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should possess excellent command of the English language and be capable of developing students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and comprehension skills through interactive and activity-based teaching methods.

The candidate should inspire confidence in students while fostering creativity, effective communication, and a lifelong love for language and literature.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English to students of Grades 3–7 following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and engaging classroom activities.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, listening, and speaking skills.
- Encourage creative writing, storytelling, public speaking, and classroom discussions.
- Conduct regular assessments, class tests, and evaluate student performance.
- Guide students in projects, language activities, debates, speeches, and literary competitions.
- Conduct remedial classes and provide additional academic support to students whenever required.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and effective revision before examinations.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, engaging, and student-friendly learning environment.
- Participate in academic meetings, parent-teacher meetings, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Communicate student progress and academic performance with parents and academic coordinators.

Requirements





- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed. mandatory.
- Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- Strong command of English language, grammar, and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through creative and interactive teaching methods.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in preparing worksheets, question papers, and assessment materials.
- Smart classroom teaching experience.
- Ability to organize debates, storytelling sessions, elocution, and literary activities.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment standards.
- Robust presentation, communication, and student engagement skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and educational technology.
