Position Overview: The National Institute of Robotics and AI (NIRA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced qualified for the position of Assistant Director. The ideal candidate will have over 6+ years of proven experience in Sales within the technology, robotics, or AI sectors and a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives, foster partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in advancing NIRA’s mission to position itself as a global leader in robotics and AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote NIRA’s research, educational programs, and technological initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and government agencies to enhance NIRA’s outreach and impact.
- Lead business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities for funding, sponsorships, and collaboration.
- Oversee a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve organizational goals.




- Collaborate with the Director and other key stakeholders to shape NIRA’s vision and contribute to long-term growth plans.
- Represent NIRA at conferences, events, and public forums to elevate its profile in the robotics and AI community.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies and ensure alignment with NIRA’s objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
- A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in sales, with a focus on technology, robotics, or AI sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the robotics and AI industry, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
