- Job Description:- The Business Development Manager for Electrical Projects and Energy Audit is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the field of electrical engineering, energy audit, and electrical safety audit. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical engineering, energy-efficient technologies, and building systems, with a proven track record in sales, marketing, or service within the engineering industry.

- Responsibilities:-
- Identify and engage with prospective customers who have requirements for Energy and Electrical safety audits in their premises, such as factories, offices, stores/warehouses, etc.
- Develop relationships with private, public sector organizations, and government agencies to promote our energy audit and electrical safety audit services.
- Collect and evaluate energy usage information from prospective clients to prepare proposals for energy audits, electrical system audits, etc.
- Analyze energy bills and utility rates to collect past energy consumption data to discuss with the customer for initial discussion.
- Determine energy consumption of each system by inspecting or evaluating construction methods, mechanical systems, electrical wiring,



or process systems to discuss with the customer for initial discussion.
- Encourage the use of energy-saving devices or alternative energy sources.
- Analyze audit reports and provide suggestions for energy cost savings and improving safety at the premises.
- Understand the technical feasibility of energy-saving measures using basic engineering knowledge, energy use, construction, maintenance, system operation, or process systems.
- Educate clients on energy efficiency and respond to concerns about rising energy costs and the importance of energy audits.
- Provide technical and commercial assistance to clients and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the execution of proposals/offers.
- Qualifications & Skills:-
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong or basic knowledge of building systems, LV/MV switchgear, power distribution systems, HVAC, lighting, and energy-efficient technologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in engineering product sales/marketing/service.
