Role Overview

Chapter2Drip is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to take complete ownership of our online sales channel, end to end. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience onboarding brands onto new e-commerce platforms and can lead this process independently, while also driving the day-to-day performance of our existing online store.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end e-commerce operations for the brand, including platform management, catalog, pricing, and promotions
- Lead the onboarding and migration process onto current e-commerce platforms, managing the project from planning through go-live
- Coordinate with design, logistics, and CRM teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer experience
- Drive site merchandising, landing pages, and the overall online shopping experience to maximise conversion
- Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment) and act on insights
- Manage relationships with e-commerce platform vendors/agencies and resolve technical or operational issues




- Plan and execute online sales, drops, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
- Take complete ownership of the e-commerce vertical, identifying growth opportunities and driving them through to execution

Requirements & Skills

- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally within a D2C or fashion brand
- Demonstrated experience onboarding a brand onto a new e-commerce platform (e.g. Shopify or similar)
- Strong understanding of online merchandising, conversion optimisation, and e-commerce analytics
- Ability to take ownership and lead projects end to end with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, logistics, CRM, and marketing teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
