Job Title: House Manager
Location: Pitampura, New Delhi
Salary: Up to 60,000 per month
Type: Full-Time | Live-out preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall management of a private residence in Pitampura. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of managing household staff, vendors, and general upkeep of the home while ensuring the highest level of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of all household staff (housekeepers, cooks, drivers, etc.)

- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance schedules to ensure cleanliness and functionality

- Manage grocery, household supplies, and inventory

- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and other services

- Handle household budgeting and expense tracking





- Ensure smooth execution of daily routines and special events

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

- Assist with errands and personal tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar house/facility management role

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and adapt to the needs of the household

- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools

- Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience managing high-end residences or working with high-net-worth individuals

- Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English
