- Onboard current leads/customers and explain the product or service clearly. • Verify customer details and register them in the app. • Follow up with customers to maintain good relationships and encourage repeat business. • Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and support the team. • Build strong customer relationships to secure consistent business. • Coordinate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads. • Handle tasks efficiently under pressure and meet assigned deadlines.
