Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, video editing, and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, YouTube, and promotional activities.
- Handle end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting support, filming, editing, color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery.
- Capture high-quality podcasts, motivational videos, cinematic B-roll, promotional campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, visual effects, and animations where required.
- Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to create compelling visual content.
- Ensure all videos are delivered within deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
- Maintain and organize video files, project assets, and production equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, editing trends, camera technologies,



and social media content formats.
- Operate and manage cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, microphones, and other production equipment during indoor and outdoor shoots.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Media Encoder.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras, along with skilled lighting and audio equipment.
- Good understanding of composition, framing, lighting, color grading, storytelling, and cinematic shot composition.
- Ability to create engaging podcasts, motivational videos, reels, advertisements, corporate videos, and branded digital content.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in motion graphics and basic animation.
- Knowledge of photography and image editing.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and content strategies.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling and cinematic aesthetics.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
