Eligibility Criteria

- 3-7 years as a CRM Business Development Consultant
- Proven success in converting prospects into customers
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Prior experience with Zoho CRM is highly desirable

Responsibilities





- Engage with prospective customers to understand their business processes and requirements
- Develop tailored solution plans to address customer needs
- Deliver personalized presentations showcasing the proposed solution
- Estimate work efforts and draft detailed proposals
- Address customer questions and objections to successfully convert prospects into customers
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time
- Partner with the marketing team to devise cutting-edge strategies for attracting and retaining clients
