Job Title: Store Manager (Factory)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our factory store. The ideal candidate should have experience in the interior design, construction, or building materials industry, with strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, and Tally.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage overall store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory.

* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

* Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software and Tally.

* Coordinate with procurement, production, and project teams for material planning and dispatch.

* Perform regular stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory audits.

* Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward material movements.

* Minimise inventory discrepancies, wastage, and material loss.

* Maintain proper storage practices and ensure housekeeping and safety standards within the store.

* Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.

* Coordinate with vendors and transport teams for material receipt and dispatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager/Store In-Charge, preferably in the interior, construction, manufacturing, or building materials industry.

* Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and other ERP software.

* Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.

* Good understanding of stock reconciliation and documentation.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

* Robust organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

* Age: Below 35 years.

* A bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant discipline is preferred.

* Experience in construction, factory or warehouse store management is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
