Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Land Acquisition Field Executive to support land acquisition activities. The role involves identifying mediator leads, coordinating with landowners, and handling on-ground LA operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, especially from civil and construction backgrounds, to build a career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop mediator networks for land sourcing

* Conduct regular site visits and verify land details

* Support end-to-end land acquisition activities

* Coordinate with landowners, mediators, and internal teams

* Follow up on documentation and land-related processes

* Maintain daily reports on field activities and progress

* Assist in closing land deals through continuous follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

* Education:



B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

* Freshers are welcome to apply

* Candidates from civil/construction background will be given preference

* Robust communication and negotiation skills

Requirements:

* Bike is mandatory with a valid driving license

* Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai

* Must be comfortable with field work

Compensation & Benefits:

* Petrol Allowance will be provided

* Food Allowance will be provided

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge of local areas in Chennai

* Relationship management

* Basic understanding of land and construction activities

* Fluency in Tamil (mandatory)
