Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Field Boy to support the company's field operations across West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, dealers, transport offices, government departments, and other assigned locations for document collection, material delivery, installations support, and other field-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations, dealers, and assigned sites as per daily schedule.
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and company materials.
- Assist in product delivery, installation, and basic field support activities.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Submit daily field visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Handle banking, courier, and official office-related tasks as assigned.
- Ensure timely completion of field assignments.
- Maintain proper records of documents and materials collected or delivered.




- Follow company policies and maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.
- Perform any other field-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Ability to travel extensively within West Bengal.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, and WhatsApp.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in field operations, delivery, or office support.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
