Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Paint Shop Engineer with strong expertise in CED Coating, Paint Shop Production, and Quality Assurance. Candidates must have hands-on experience in Automotive/Sheet Metal Manufacturing. Experience in non-manufacturing industries will not be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction

- Handle complete CED Coating Production Process.
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure process efficiency.
- Control paint process parameters, bath chemistry, and coating quality.
- Reduce paint defects, rework, and process losses.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Planning teams for smooth operations.
- Drive productivity, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct paint quality inspections (DFT, adhesion, curing, gloss, salt spray, etc.).
- Analyze paint defects such as blistering, peel-off, pinholes, contamination, and rust.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and implement CAPA.
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
- Support customer audits,



internal audits, and process improvement activities.

Key Note

Only candidates with hands-on experience in CED Coating, Paint Shop Production, and Quality Assurance from the Automotive/Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates from the Sheet Metal Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
