Innovartic Solution is a service-based IT company based in Pune, offering Web Development and digital communication services such as Bulk SMS, Bulk Email, Bulk RCS Messaging, and WhatsApp Business Messaging solutions. We help businesses improve their digital presence and marketing performance through result-driven strategies.

We are looking for a skilled and performance-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who can manage digital campaigns and also handle field-level coordination with clients when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Generate quality leads and improve ROI across campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversions
- Manage ad budgets efficiently
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Prepare performance reports and analytics dashboards
- Coordinate with clients for campaign requirements and performance discussions




- Conduct field visits for client meetings and campaign strategy discussions (as required)
- Work closely with the sales and creative team for campaign execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation and ROI-driven campaigns
- Knowledge of analytics tools and reporting
- Valuable communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings
- Target-oriented and result-focused mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in IT services or SaaS marketing preferred
- Understanding of B2B lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
