Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and bills in Microsoft Excel.
- AutoCad 2D drawings
- Manage Purchase Orders (PO) from receipt to final delivery.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and dispatch.
- Plan and monitor production schedules.
- Handle manpower allocation and daily shop-floor activities.
- Manage tool room inventory and tooling records.
- Coordinate with vendors for outsourced operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Maintain production, stock, and dispatch records.
- Support quality checks and documentation.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Four wheeler driving (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing or engineering.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and multiple tasks.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive.
- Experience in a machine shop, tool room, or manufacturing company is preferred.
Qualification
- Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production coordination.
