Pre-Launch Activities

- Visit assigned franchise locations before launch.
- Conduct society, apartment, and commercial area mapping.
- Identify local marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure store readiness.
- Assist in Google Business Profile setup and local digital presence.
- Support local promotional activities and pre-launch campaigns.

Store Launch & Training

- Assist in setting up the store before opening.
- Train franchise staff on SOPs, CRM, POS, customer service, and daily operations.
- Ensure all branding, equipment, and operational checklists are completed.
- Support launch events and promotional activities.

Post-Launch Support

- Visit stores regularly to monitor operations.
- Guide franchise partners in customer acquisition and retention.
- Track daily business performance and operational KPIs.




- Resolve operational challenges by coordinating with internal departments.
- Ensure adherence to Clenzit's quality standards and SOPs.

CRM & Reporting

- Update daily visit reports and activity trackers.
- Upload photographs and proof of completed activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Coordination

- Work closely with Franchise Development, Expansion & Launch, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless franchise journey.
- Build robust relationships with franchise partners and act as their primary point of contact during the launch phase.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nashik, Maharashtra (Nashik)
