Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Social Media Manager who is not only a strategic thinker but also a hands-on creator. In this dual-role, you will be the driving force behind our clients' online presence. You will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, community engagement, and creating the stunning, platform-optimized graphics that define our agency's premium aesthetic. If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and love wearing multiple creative hats, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Social Management: Develop, schedule, and execute comprehensive social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook) for multiple clients.
- Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design highly engaging, upmarket, and minimalist static posts, carousels, and stories. (Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is required).
- "Doing Social" (Community Management): Actively engage with audiences, respond to comments and DMs, and foster organic community growth across client accounts.
- Strategy & SEO: Implement platform-specific strategies,



utilizing Instagram and YouTube SEO, trending audio, and viral hooks to maximize reach and engagement.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with our video editors, cinematographers, and clients to ensure all visual storytelling aligns seamlessly with the brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor account analytics, track engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure consistent growth.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven Agency Experience: Prior experience in an agency setting or managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
- Design Savvy: A strong portfolio showcasing clean, contemporary, and professional social media graphics.
- Algorithm Expert: Deep understanding of current social media trends, pacing, SEO keywords, and what makes content highly shareable.
- Exceptional Communicator: Flawless written communication skills for crafting compelling captions and handling client communication.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced agency culture where no two days are the same.
