Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Placement Manager to lead our placement initiatives by building strong corporate relationships, creating job opportunities, and ensuring successful student placements. The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate relations, recruitment, or placement management, along with excellent communication and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, startups, and recruitment agencies.
- Generate placement and internship opportunities through corporate outreach.
- Organize campus drives, walk-ins, virtual hiring events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate the end-to-end placement process, including interview scheduling and employer communication.
- Guide students with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
- Match student profiles with suitable job opportunities based on their skills.
- Maintain placement records, employer databases,



and prepare placement reports.
- Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to improve student employability.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Placement Management, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations.
- Experience in EdTech, IT Training, Staffing, or IT Recruitment is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong corporate networking and business development abilities.
- Knowledge of IT hiring processes and recruitment practices.
- Student counseling and placement coordination experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
