Minimum 2 years of qualified dosa-making experience; Expertise in Bangalore-style Benne Dosa; Experience in a Darshini, Benne Dosa outlet, Tiffin Centre, or South Indian restaurant preferred; Ability to independently manage the dosa counter; Knowledge of batter fermentation, tawa temperature control, chutneys, sambar, and potato masala; Disciplined, hygienic, punctual, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Bangalore-style Benne Dosa and other varieties; Maintain consistency in taste, texture, presentation, and speed; Handle cast-iron/commercial dosa tawa efficiently; Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards; Train junior staff when required; Follow Bennistaa's standard recipes and SOPs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
