Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Event & Party Caterer to plan, organize, and execute catering services for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, social gatherings, festivals, and private functions. The candidate will ensure high-quality food, excellent service, timely execution, and complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage catering services for weddings, parties, corporate events, and private functions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, menu preferences, guest count, budget, and special dietary needs.
- Prepare customized menus and catering packages.
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, packing, transportation, and in office service.
- Manage chefs, cooks, helpers, stewards, and service staff during events.
- Ensure timely setup of buffet counters, live food stations, dining areas, and serving arrangements.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, temperature, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment, crockery, cutlery, furniture, tents, and decorations as required.
- Monitor inventory and control food wastage.




- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly during events.
- Prepare event reports, billing, and cost analysis after completion.

Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
- Food Safety/FSSAI certification is preferred.

Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in event, wedding, banquet, or outdoor catering.
- Experience in handling events ranging from 50 to 5,000 guests.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
