We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth Specialist who can drive traffic, conversions, and ROI through SEO, paid ads, and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Improve website ranking for keywords related to baby & kids products (SEO)
- Plan and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads for maximum ROI
- Analyze and improve website performance, user journey & conversions
- Audit and ensure payment gateway & checkout flow works smoothly
- Suggest and implement website improvements (UX, speed, content)
- Run retargeting campaigns to increase sales
- Analyze current website & ads → make data-driven improvements

Requirements

- Proven experience in SEO + Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads)
- Robust understanding of E-commerce & conversion optimization
- Ability to increase ROI, not just run ads
- Experience in website audits & improvements
- Analytical mindset with hands-on execution
