Job Title: Service Advisor - MG Ramanattukara
Role Summary:
Service Advisor acts as the key contact between customers and the authorized workshop, ensuring accurate job card preparation, smooth service coordination, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction as per OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and record vehicle complaints
Prepare job cards, estimates, and service invoices
Coordinate with technicians for quality and timely repairs
Update customers on service progress and delivery
Ensure compliance with company and OEM guidelines
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Mechanical preferred)
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
Basic automobile and computer knowledge
Experience in authorized dealership preferred
