We are hiring for the position of Fulfilment Executive with Basic Home Loan (FinTech).

Job Details

- Position: Fulfilment Executive
- Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
- CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F) Only

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan/LAP Operations, Banking, NBFC, HFC, or FinTech.
- Good knowledge of the Home Loan/LAP process.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/LMS.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Home Loan/LAP files from login to disbursement.
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income, banking, property, etc.).
- Coordinate with customers, banks, NBFCs, and internal teams.
- Follow up on pending approvals and documentation.
- Update loan status in CRM/LMS and maintain MIS.




- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely loan processing.
