Hiring: Marketplace Operations Executive (Amazon | Flipkart | Meesho)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Executive who has practical experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other eCommerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling product listings, catalog management, image optimization, and daily marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create new product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
- Manage product catalog creation, editing, and updates.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search keywords (SEO).
- Upload products using Excel bulk sheets and marketplace templates.
- Edit and update product attributes, specifications, pricing, and inventory.
- Coordinate product image creation using Canva or basic Photoshop.
- Maintain catalog quality and resolve listing-related issues.
- Handle listing suppression, category corrections, and content updates.
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability across marketplaces.
- Process daily orders and coordinate dispatch operations.
- Handle return, replacement, and customer claim documentation when required.
- Maintain accurate product data and SKU records.
- Perform keyword research for better product visibility.
- Assist in launching new products and improving existing listings.
- Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT to generate optimized product content.
- Ensure marketplace policies and listing guidelines are followed.

Required Skills





- Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience with Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Bulk Upload).
- Canva for product image editing.
- Basic Photoshop knowledge (preferred).
- SEO knowledge for eCommerce listings.
- Product keyword research.
- Valuable English communication and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- 6 months to 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations.
- Experience handling multiple marketplace seller accounts.
- Knowledge of catalog quality improvement.
- Familiarity with image editing and AI productivity tools.
