As an Salesforce Tech Arch Manager, you will be involved in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will revolve around creating cutting-edge solutions to address various business needs and ensuring seamless application functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams




- Lead the technical architecture design for Salesforce applications
- Implement best practices for Salesforce development
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration and customization
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components
