About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned **Chief Admin** to oversee and manage all administrative, facilities, and support functions of Rainbow International School. This leadership role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, policy compliance, and a safe, efficient environment across the school and head office.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve branch admissions and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and admission counsellor team.
- Ensure a high inquiry-to-admission conversion ratio.
- Plan and execute local marketing and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and the local community.
- Ensure timely fee collection and maintain accurate reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Ensure branch compliance with policies and maintain brand standards.
- Oversee daily center operations and coordinate with management for smooth functioning.

Desired Profile

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA or PG in Administration preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in administration, operations, or center management, preferably in education or service-based organizations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to drive admissions and manage parent relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Timings:

9am to 6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
